1. Introduction

Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends and family members. phgraet will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. 3.4 KYC Verification

phgraet is required by regulation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, PhilSys, or UMID) and a selfie for verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC will not be able to withdraw funds.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within minutes to a few hours. PESONet and direct bank deposits are same-day if submitted before the bank's cut-off time. Withdrawal processing times follow the same general pattern, with GCash and Maya withdrawals arriving within 1–10 minutes for standard accounts and faster for VIP members.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

phgraet requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or accounts not previously used for deposits will be declined.

4.5 No Platform Fees

phgraet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets designed specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and the account suspended.

5.4 VIP Club Terms

The phgraet VIP Club operates under its own tier structure and benefits schedule, which is detailed on the VIP Club page. Membership in the VIP Club is subject to ongoing activity requirements. phgraet reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback rates, and other VIP benefits with reasonable notice to affected members.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on phgraet use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by player history, account status, or any other external factor. phgraet regularly reviews its game providers to ensure ongoing compliance with fairness standards.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game round at phgraet, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to players. phgraet is not liable for losses arising from technical issues that are beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions to internet service on the player's end.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by phgraet, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. For live betting markets, odds and availability may change up to the point of bet acceptance; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

6.4 Sabong-Specific Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using phgraet to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access phgraet's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phgraet support staff or other players.

phgraet investigates all suspected violations thoroughly. Players found in breach of these prohibitions will have their accounts closed without notice, and all pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgraet's total liability to any individual player arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

phgraet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or associated with illegal conduct. 12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your access to phgraet and all associated features will cease. Any loyalty points or VIP status accumulated at phgraet will be forfeited at the time of closure unless the closure is at your request and the balance is returned.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of phgraet after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
